Best Western Plus Langley Inn

We experienced multiple issues . The sheets in our room were dirty, and we had to change them ourselves. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust under the hide-a-bed and scratches on the floor. The neighborhood felt unsafe, with many unsavory individuals hanging around outside.

The place is extremely convenient and modern and has ideal location close to Langley airport. All the rooms are great-sized and top-notch with very comfortable bed and great shower and the staff is superfriendly!

Central location, holiday base for discovering Langley.

Comfortable and Great Value

I stayed for one night in a Queen Room with Sofa Bed, and it was a really pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a cozy sitting area. The fast internet and delicious breakfast at the attached restaurant were added bonuses. I felt the layout was slightly awkward, with the sleeping area being different from the seating area.

The location was ideal for our purposes, as we wanted to visit Fort Langley. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning is also relatively quiet. The breakfast, classic simple buffet, that was fine.

In the partitioned room, where the second bed was, there was not enough air. The washbasin should also be integrated into the bathroom and not outside in the room area.

I didn't want to say goodbye and would happily go back again. The hotel was neat, modern, had very amiable and attentive staff with excellent service. The venue's position was central. I was here for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for lunch and supper.

The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were helpful. I especially appreciated the clean and accessible common areas.

Additional seating in the dining area would help.

Paper plates at breakfast, the choice is probably American (mud bread, pancakes from the tube etc.). Plastic cutlery. The best place to have breakfast is Moxie's... Ten minutes from the hotel... highly recommended!

Really enjoyed nice hot breakfasts!!

Had a great 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The room was upgraded features and available with 2 queen beds. The staff were all attentive and exceptionally courteous. The venue was in a central location near to Willowbrook, Chuck E Cheese and the Colossus Cineplex, and Ricky's Restaurant. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy corner perfect for working or relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient for my business meetings, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities.

The rooms were a good size. Nice having the continental breakfast. The Lady at the front desk was very friendly. The pool and hot tub was a nice asset.

I booked on line and it showed the room was $162.00 (including taxes), when I received my visa bill, I was charged $190.00.

The room was good as usual at Best Western. Breakfast and parking is included.

Unfortunately, breakfast is only offered with cardboard dishes and plastic cutlery. A lot of garbage.

The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area, although busy with sports teams, was worth it. Ricky's had excellent food and was pretty affordable. The room service was also good.

Staff were super. Breakfast is different every day! Quick coffee makers in rooms. Large lounge and large bed. Good water pressure from shower. ABC restaurant very good value for money. Quiet location, good for studying. Right next to university.

Pool and exercise room were tiny. Langley has very little going on other than the university. Broken toilet had to manually stop toilet from flushing. Bar closes at 9.30pm every night and rather far Out of the city.

Room 115 is located at the exit and is very loud through the door. When someone walks through the room above you can hear every step. Wooden floor makes a creaking sound. Hotel for this class much too noisy . No sleep was possible until late in the evening
